Our Factory in Sichuan
NT Bristle Industrial Co., Ltd. runs its own bristle and filament workshops in Sichuan, China. About 300 workers on six production lines boil, sort, comb, mix and pack around 6 tons of bristles and filaments every month. Each lot is sorted by colour, length and percentage of tops before it is boxed. The same fibres go into our own paint brushes.
What We Make
Bristle is where we started and it is still the heart of our business: pure boiled Chungking bristle in white, black and grey from 44 to 152 mm, bottom-cut and rifling bristle, bristle-filament mixes, tapered PBT/PET filament in any colour, horse tail and mane hair, and goat hair for cosmetic brushes.
Because we make the fibre, we also make the finished tool: complete paint brushes, brush heads and handles filled with our own bristle and filament, plus complete paint rollers, roller covers and roller frames, in your sizes, colours and brand.
